The Multi-Purpose Room provides a warm, rich, cozy and multi-functional space.

Cost of Multi-Purpose Room Rental: The rate is $1270.00 (6 hours) if the guest count is 199 or less. A deposit of $400.00 is required. The price is inclusive of one security officer for 5 hours however, if the guest counts exceeds 200 an additional officer is required and the total rate is $1370.00.

If your event exceeds 5 hours additional fees for security will apply at a rate of $28.00 per hour per guard.

Requirements:

• Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (Alcohol Insurance/Liability) to serve alcohol must be served by Service Is Us.
• One uniformed security guard is provided, this is inclusive in the rate. A copy of his/her Permanent Employee Card (Per) and a valid drivers license or state ID will be posted during the event.
• Balances must be paid in full 30 days before the event date.
• Payment must be paid by either Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, check or money order. Payments made in cash will not be accepted.
